Swedish massage:
This is a complete/full body massage for relaxation, stress reduction and overall wellness. Light to medium pressure only.
Swedish massage with hot stones:
Heated stones are added to the session to provide an increased sense of calm, warmth and relaxation. Light to medium pressure only.
Massage plus stretching:
Seeking to increase your range of motion for that golf game or Yoga program? This is the place to start. Incorporate the important elements of gentle stretching techniques with massage to help increase your range of motion while you de-stress.
SPECIALTY MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Essential Oil (Rain Drop Technique) plus Hot Stone Treatment: Selected essential oils gently applied then warmed stones are softly used to help activate while you rest. A great healing and deep relaxation treatment. One hour $85.00.
Rick’s Signature Massage:
The ultimate combination of all techniques. Elements of Swedish massage, hot stones, pure essential oils, Reflexology and Chi energy work are added to help you achieve the deepest state of relaxation and stress release. Gentle stretching of the extremities and Trigger point therapy will also be used to help release tension from joints and stiff necks. Hour and a half minimum. $100.00
BODYWORK/PAIN MANAGEMENT TREATMENTS:
FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR ALL BODYWORK SESSIONS WILL BE BOOKED FOR A MINIMUM OF 90 MINUTES TO ALLOW FOR CONSULTAION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TREATMENT PLANS.
Deep muscle release, Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy
A tight muscle or joint that just has never “turned loose”? Still suffering from an “old” (or recent) soft tissue injury? Or just a desire for even greater range of motion and relaxation that deep muscle therapy can provide? An individualized treatment plan will be developed to treat your specific needs. Female clients are encouraged to wear lose fitting shorts and sports bra or two piece bathing suit. One hour $75.00. Hour and a half $95.00
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Fascia is a tough connective tissue which spreads throughout the body from head to foot. It binds the muscular system to all other parts of the body. Trauma, posture or inflammation can create a binding down of the fascia resulting in pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, organs and the bone structure itself. The result is chronic pain, headaches, repetitive soft tissue injuries, structural misalignments and lack of motion. An individualized treatment plan will be developed to treat your specific needs. One hour $75.00. Hour and a half $95.00
